Practice 01 / 03

Systems

How a business actually works.

§ 1

What it covers

  • Process and operations design. Map how work really moves through the business, then redesign the parts that slow it down.
  • Finding bottlenecks and fixing them. Where time, money, or attention leaks, and what to fix first.
  • Automation of repetitive work. Hand the busywork to software without creating a system nobody can maintain.
  • Technology leadership, ongoing or interim. Senior judgment on technology decisions for organizations without, or between, a full-time technology lead.
  • Vendor selection and oversight. Choosing agencies, contractors, and tools, then holding them to what they promised.
  • Measurement. Knowing what’s working: the few numbers that matter, reported in plain language.

Engagements are ongoing, for a set number of hours each month, or fixed-scope projects with a defined end. See the work we build and run.
